Yes, I am entering a Graduate School in Institut Teknologi Bandung, class 2012, majoring Design, pointed on Design & Digital Media, by getting scholarship from BPKLN Kementrian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan. Would be a fascinating journey to creating a new project for the next 18+ months. Looking for a new developing media technology to fuse with design.

Freelance-ing project in Sygma Examedia Arkanleema

A cut from the animation compilation of Petualangan Bubi di Negeri Buku; the movie for children's learning. The story is about Bubi -the Sun Bear (Helarctos malayanus)- together with Kelly -the rabbit- They're singing while teaching about the basic educations, such alphabets, numbers, shapes, colors and so on.

The movie duration is about 35 minutes; would be too long to recall the whole piece; this cut is recomposing a little part from my favorite visual, Learning Colors in the Colorful Park.

It's Ordinary, Fancy, Playful and Fun!

THE final artwork, that lead to my bachelor degree of design.

Zamrud Khatulistiwa is a 3 minutes video clip describing 7 adventure tourism in Indonesia -surfing, scuba diving-snorkeling, paragliding, caving, rafting, rock climbing, and safari tracking-

The purpose is to stimulate Indonesian people, especially youth, about nature tourism asset in Indonesia, furthermore to increase proudness for being Indonesian and living in Indonesia.

Created by researching in the meantime of Visit Indonesia 2008, along with the campaign of Kenali Negerimu, Cintai Negerimu by Indonesian Culture and Tourism Department.

Manual hand drawing per-frame, photoshop-ing, combining flash animation, thus still playing in 720px,

-pheww- what an effort for being me back there. LOL

Who am I?

Named Heliana Lubis as birth, 26 years old, I am a visual creator with passion in graphic & motion design with a qualified background in multimedia design. I had been working as a graphic & motion designer at Dedato Indonesia; a multidisciplinary design company; and yet decided to work independently as a freelancer.

Appliance Tools

I’m a huge fan of Adobe family. I do creating my pieces with After Effect for motions, and learning by doing with Cinema 4D as supporting visuals. Operating Illustrator & Photoshop for design & illustration purpose. Over and above, I’m a Mac user. 

Activities and so on

Currently I got focus on shaping business of MIME Living, illustrating a designed product particularly in home décor.  As well as get along working motions with Sembilan Matahari and designs with Wangsa Jelita.
